All visiting charges paid for property site visits are non-refundable. By booking a visit, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Refunds for our real estate services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our financial transactions.
Please note that visiting charges for property inspections and site visits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. These charges cover the operational costs, transport, and time allocated by our field executives.
Subscription plans (e.g., Elite Buyer ₹199 / ₹499) provide instant digital access to unlimited direct chats, verified contact details, and ad posting quota. Once the plan is activated, digital subscription charges are non-refundable. In the event of an erroneous double deduction or technical failure where service is not unlocked after payment, a full refund is initiated within 5-7 working days.
Consultancy and booking fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the property has been blocked in your name, unless specified otherwise in a written agreement.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days through the original method of payment or bank transfer as per our accounting protocols.
